Me - er, It’s actually BAINS
Coach - Nope. (writes BAIN on white belt) ’’
…and just like that, BAIN was born. That was in London many years ago. Now in 2026 I live in Montreal. I’m no longer a wide eyed white belt in a Gi two sizes too big. I’m a tired and battered blackbelt with terrible knees.

Outside of the mats, I have always been an artist. I create new work all the time, and have built a career in the animation industry for the last 16 years.
If I think the Jiu-jitsu world would like something I’ve created, it’s going to be right here on BAIN.
